  The information point is located on the street level.
  There is an accessible entrance via Café Nostalgia in the Siperia shopping centre. Ring the doorbell at the main door at Väinö Linnan aukio to enter the building. There is an accessible entrance in the Siperia shopping centre during the opening hours of Café Nostalgia. All exhibition areas are accessible except the Steam Engine Museum of which only the top landing is accessible.
  Disabled permits allow parking on Itäinenkatu or Väinö Linnan aukio (one parking spot on the square).
  Guide, assistance and hearing dogs are welcome to the museum.
  The cloakroom is located on the street level. Lock boxes are located on the street level.
  There is a wheelchair in the lobby for visitors’ use.
  An elevator to the other floors of the building is located near the cloakroom.
  A tele/induction loop is available for use in the auditorium and Galleria Bertel.
  The museum store is located on the street level.
  Toilets are located on the street level next to the cloakroom and also on the exhibition level.
  The accessible lavatory is located on the street level next to the cloakroom.
  The childcare room is located on the street level in conjunction with the accessible lavatory. There is also a microwaveoven in the lobby. You may ask the staff for assistance to heat up food for children.
